Do you sell retail butcher portions?
No. Whole cartons only - typically around 12 to 20 kg depending on beef, lamb or pork.
When do I pay?
Only approved members can log in, see live prices and place orders. Nothing is charged at order time — we pick and weigh your carton, then send a payment link for the exact weight. All approved members pay by card or EFT.
Can I choose an exact weight?
Nominate a target kg. We select the nearest carton available and bill the actual weight - typically around 12 to 20 kg depending on beef, lamb or pork.
Is delivery free?
Yes, inside our published delivery areas. Outside the free-delivery area you can still order. Bendbrook will contact you before payment to confirm delivery and any freight charge.
When will my order arrive?
Allow up to two business days. Established account orders placed before 2:30 pm are scheduled for next-business-day delivery, subject to Bendbrook confirming the delivery day and receiving arrangements.
Do you offer click & collect?
No - delivery only on our truck runs. We’re a carton wholesaler, not a butcher counter.
How do I get access to order?
Submit the public wholesale application. Bendbrook reviews it and emails the account setup link after approval. Only approved members can log in, see prices and order.
What about wine?
Wines are catalogue only — they are not sold through the meat cart. Browse the estate list on the wines page. For wine sales call 0418 824 287.
