Who these terms cover
These terms apply when you browse this site, apply for a wholesale account, or order meat cartons or estate wine from Bendbrook (ABN 97 872 158 160).
Wholesale accounts
Only approved members can log in, see prices and place orders. Bendbrook emails the account setup link after approval. All approved members pay the final weighed total by card or EFT from the payment link Bendbrook sends. We may approve, decline, or suspend accounts at our discretion.
Meat cartons
Meat is sold as whole cartons only. Catalogue prices are shown per kilogram. You nominate a target weight. We pick the nearest carton and weigh it. We then send the exact total for payment by card or EFT.
Delivery
Meat delivery is free inside our published delivery areas using Refrigerated & Freezer trucks. Allow up to two business days. Established account orders placed before 2:30 pm are scheduled for next-business-day delivery, subject to Bendbrook confirmation. Outside the free-delivery area you can still order. Bendbrook will contact you before payment to confirm delivery and any freight charge.
Wine
Estate wine is displayed as a catalogue only and is not sold through this checkout. Contact Bendbrook wine sales for availability and ordering. Alcohol is supplied only to adults 18 years and over; ID may be required.
